Hey, I realise that this is an old thread, but I was wondering if you guys could help me out.
I got asked to kiss Curio way back in the game when I was a member of House Hlaaul and looking for advancement. Not realising I had to say yes to become horator for later on in the game, I said no, and now I can't seem to say anything to him - the dialouge box allways come up with 'goodbye' in red letters. I even tried stripping, but it didn't work. Do you guys have any advice or am I screwed for this part of the game?

It is strange he isn't talking to you, he isn't supposed to stop talking to you. Does he say anything before he says goodbye?

Well, he says 'Come on now dumpling, don't be shy' then the red 'goodbye' comes up.

Thats what he says when you are trying to gain sponsorship in Hlaalu but still have you cloths on. If you take off all your rings, cloths and armour then he should give you sponsorship and give you a rank up, even if you already got it (if you did then its a bug), and if that doesn't work then if you are a member of the theives guild and happen to have 500 spare gold then you can go get a 1000+ gold bounty and he will comment on how you are a criminal instead, but this time he won't say goodbye.
