These upsets are interesting indeed. I still think the winners will be no surprise.

It's shaping up to be a very interesting tournament. I've only caught Netherlands vs Spain (great game) and France vs Honduras so far, but am looking forward to France vs Switzerland tomorrow.

Ah. But the commentators wouldn't have been able to hear any provocation either and THEY were unanimous that Song was indeed provoked. So obviously they must have seen something, only I've no idea what, hence my original question.
Also you CAN see verbal provocations... by lip-reading :p

Perhaps they can hear what we can't. You can sometimes read lips, yes, but its rare. Perhaps the provocation started before the camera was on them?

Whatever the commentators were saying, there's no mention of provocation of any sort today, at least in the match reports I've been reading. The word being used is inexplicable. And nothing from Song either apart from an apology.
