Dungeon Master still looks great, and that's 22 years old now. That makes me feel old :(
I guess I'm just a graphic whore, but I think Dungeon Master look horribly bad since march 1992.

Definitely all Bioware's isometric RPGs. Any commercial 2D game that came out around the time 3D was taking over generally still looks awesome, because it was around the time when system requirements were not really holding back a well-optimised 2D game in the same way as 3D engines, so the artists were free to paint these just amazing scenes. Seriously, some of the locations in Icewind Dale would make pretty amazing posters if you could print them off full-size like they appear on the map screen (Kuldahar for example)

Let us not forget to mention Outcast. Especially it's water effects.

I've got to second HL2. For some reason I just love the way everything in that game looks. I guess it's not particularly old yet, though.

A friend of mine once stared at Final Fantasy X's water effects for 10 minutes.

Were they real time engine rendered or part of a FMV/prerendered background?

FFX was the first Final Fanasy to
ditch prerendered backgrounds.
And as for the main topic, as said, Silent Hill 2 and 3 are insane quality stuff.

Unreal 1. That game still looks and sounds incredible even today. Not bad for a game released back in 1997 :).

I still drool over the graphics in Painkiller, especially version 1.5 or latter.

Sacrifice, I still drool over it even after all these years. This game still looks simply incredible. The way your creatures move, that cape of the wizard, the artwork of the gods, simply amazing. It has aged REALLY well.
