Interesting - why are the textures on the railings different? Maybe an enhancement pack was installed?
I'm playing TG atm, and after finishing a level I use OPDE for a fly-through, to see if I've missed something. Generally things look great, but every once in a while something funny shows up:

It looks like from the railing that OPDE is not rendering transparency in textures yet. And the newer shot above suggests it's lost the ability to locate custom resources, although that might be in your setup, clearing.

I am not sure if the released version included palette index transparency but it is included in the SVN version. I'd like to iron out these bugs before the next release, so I'll be probably collecting all these bugs later. The resource system will undergo some changes in the meantime, It now does not handle some features which the original dark possesses - for example overrides in a directory.
