Why is the blackjack a club with spikes on (like in DS) ?
Surely it should be renamed "club" since it is definately not a blackjack and also superiouly silly.

Because that's what it looked like in TDS, and that is the model which was provided for me to use.
Besides, a club works better with OB's animations than a real blackjack would.

Ok :) what about the vine arrow though? they weren't in TDS so I don't see how that explains but yer.
Apart from that looks nice though - not that I know much/anything of oblivion.

Because vine/rope arrows are cooler than climbing gloves? :p
The mod's not meant to be a straight port of Thief to Oblivion. It's designed to bring over some of the gameplay elements which made Thief fun. Stealth in Oblivion is crap; my goal was to de-crapify it by giving the player more options for avoiding detection and combat, while also making it more challenging.
Hope this helps. :)

Hi, Thieves Arsenal is great Scruggs, thanks for doing it. The more Thief inspired mods that are out there for Oblivion or any other game, the better.
Question though, cause I downloaded your mod but unfortunately I will sadly have to wait a while before getting the chance to play your latest version. Now, your water arrows put out lights, but are there fire arrows in your mod to relight them? Or will it work with just the flare spell? I can imagine things get pretty dark when all the lights go out.

That's kinda the point - to make it dark. ;)
You can't relight the lights. NPCs will eventually relight them (usually the next day).

Sorry for the Necromancy...
Just a question:
I've reinstalled Oblivion hence the mod, but after I contacted Basso, I can't buy anything from him except the lockpicks....
