There is an anime series with three sisters master thieves. They try to get back (steal back) the collection of their father. The name of the series was "Cat's Eye" or so I think. Or at least this is how the girls called themselves.
Yeap. Cat's Eye is called. The anime dates since 1983.

In "Xena, the warrior princess" and "Hercules: The Legendary Journeys" series there is a guy called Autolycus (played by Bruce Campbell) who sees himself as the king of thieves; only he was not much of a master.
I remember one episode in which he had a bow like Garrett and also he had ROPE ARROWS among others!
