Today, Bethesda (http://www.bethsoft.com/downloads/patches/Bloodmoon_v1.6.1820.zip) released a patch for the North American version of Bloodmoon (Version 1.6.1820). Looks like there were quite a few fixes for Bloodmoon, Tribunal and Morrowind, and you can find all of the details (http://www.elderscrolls.com/downloads/updates_patchnotes4.htm) here.

If the trend continues, July 27th. Anyways, it's nice to see that the Trebonius / Archmaster bug was finally fixed.

Uh... It works on the Euro version of Morrowind...

As for it being illegal, I cannot confirm or deny the unlawfullness of not living in the US...

When I turned into a werewolf, the de-wolfing ritual would never ever work whether I followed the Wyrd Sisters or took the scroll out of the icicle myself. Did anyone else have this problem? Is it fixed in the patch?

I've never done the cure Werewolf quest, and I'm not sure if that's fixed in it or not... although you should get the patch anyway. :)

I've never done it either, but I did do most of it. Up until the final few steps anyway, and it worked fine up until that point.
