no matters what i did, when taking off that helmet, the bots started immediately shooting fire. Even standing in a dark corner and without making noise. So, nothing else worked but climbing that code panel, waiting for closing the doors, crouching down, taking off the helmet and typing the code very-very-very quickly. But maybe other solutions are better.

That's weird, because I had no problem ghosting it.
Just enter elevator, wait for door to close, crouch and take off helmet. I did it few times and it always worked. I had even chance to go outside to check the situation with bots and they didn't attack me. Are you sure you are taking off
helmet inside elevator? I know that

For the
helmet: at any point inside the area with two bots, when taking off the helmet, they attacked me immediately. Not just searching me / Garrett, but shooting fire as well, as if they could have seen me, everywhere. Even in dark or behind them or on the other side of the central column, or inside the elevator with closed door didn't matter. Without the helmet they started to approach me immediately. Was it then a bug? A malfunction?

I noticed scratch marks on the floor by the center pillar between the front entrances and I can see a door outline in the brick pillar but can't find anything frobbable! Spoil me please.
