Ok, found out how to
disable red laser beams : on ground level of the tower is a switch at the back side of the tower.

The map is hanging on the wall. You have to get close to it to get it.
The laser can be deactivated in the round room, which is passable after pushing the button on the balcony. There are two position on the column where levers are applied.

One last question : I´m on the roof but do not know
how to access the cables to leave the roof. They both highlight, do I have to shut down power somewhere ?

No, you need something to avoid the electricity.
There is a pulley in the room next to the air-mail-dept.

The problem is, that the distance till the objects are highlighted is really short. I missed several things just because I wasn't close enough.

OK, so I may be the first who asks stupid questions.
How do I get inside the building? I know there is a hole in the fence and on the outer wall there are three levers for activating the sewer mainteance lights - two on the left and one on the right side of the locked main entrance.
All I can use is an umbrella. I thought of flying Mary-Poppins-Style into the building, but nothing happens if I walk with the umbrella over the hatches (which I can´t open either anyway).
Edit: Anyway, I found it. The gate to the second house to the right from the starting point isn´t just pure decoration. It makes sense someone has the switches in his shed. That was the last thing I would think of. :rolleyes:#
I will continue playing because this is a outstanding beautiful campaign. Some things are just... unconventional. :weird:

For xx Bla xx: You need to open hatches (levers are in the little house near beginning), then use something to slow your fall.
