SPOILER WARNING
On a replay of Deus Ex, I saved Paul and recruited Jaime to come to Tong's, which I didn't do the first time around. Jacobsen is there from the start. After I recover the ROM, Tong and his guards bark about me seeing Paul and that Jaime Reyes is down in the infirmary, but neither are to be found. I've searched all over (in Tong's labs esp.), and its probably a bug, but I want to be sure. Where should I find them?
I thought it was because I didn't set off the alarm in Versalife after getting the ROM (snuck away, even when I go back the guards are friendly, allowing me easy access to level 2 labs). However, I loaded an old save and set off the alarm as usual, but the same problem: barks but no bite.
Tong's lab only has 8 rooms, right?
Celler entrance, JCD's computer room nexus (posters on wall, 3 exits), Tong's operations room, claw room, shooting range, 'bath' room (pool and repair bot), infirmary, Jacobson's room (lower room, tech walls).

Wait as in leave the game running in Tong's lab or wait as in go back to Versalife first and finish the Level 2 labs?
EDIT: No problem now, second option.
