It's a cute little backstory he gives it anyway. I'm surprised people don't do this sort of thing more often.

"Government had to decide whether to continue funding NASA, or ARP-D", hehe, guess NASA gets the shaft regardless of which dimension it's in. Interesting album too. (admittedly, some of it is garbage)
