A mind-blowing new direction!

Yes, when I saw that picture I did think to myself that the completely-not-Halo-looking guy was changing direction as he runs.

When you see the new direction that Crysis 2 is going to take, it is literally going to blow your ever-fucking mind.

I myself am quite interested in the new racing game Alien versus Predator.

Deus Ex is the truth bebe.

1 Deus ex - never played it so i cannot comment. Might try it now if i find the time.
2 Half Life 2 - a good game, but lacks the innovation of the first part.
3 Team Fortress 2 - what?
4 Half Life - I can agree with this going at number 3 even. Played it, loved it. It's a revolutionary game in it's own right.
5 Rome Total War - one of the best TBS/RTS hybrids, very realistic engine etc.
6 Oblivian - never played it. It's one of the newer games so.. I'm skeptical.
7 Fallout - good in it's own right and time, despite being very imbalanced as an RPG.
8 Planescape Torment - great story.
9 Thief II - :thumb: Although i'd put Thief at number 1.. Honestly. No other game like it out there.
10 Fallout 3 - new game. Didn't play it. Very very skeptical.
Games that should have been there: Might and Magic 6 or 7, HOMM3, Starcraft (you know it), Diablo II, Stronghold I, Warlords Battlecry I, II or III... Damn these lists suck :nono:

Again with the graphics. Who cares if they're 'dated', it's the gameplay that matters not the graphics. I would still go back and play Thief 1 over most of the crap being shoveled out these days.
My son buys most of the newer games that come out and having tried a few of them i must agree with you i would much sooner play Thief Gold or Thief 2 The Metal Age + fan missions the game is a timeless classic that i never get sick of playing.
