That's a Daedric Tower shield. There is a 1 in 16 chance of getting one each time you kill a Golden Saint.
The armour is the Curais of Saviours Hide, which is a unique item found in Morrowind.

I know, it's that purple one with the ugly gold stripeys down it... I mean, if he wanted to advertise his 'alternative lifestyle,' the least he could do would be to wear less tacky dresses...
