Fantasties was my favourite, in particular the Party Land and Sticks n' Stones tables.
Billion dollar gameshow was also quite fun after you got used to it. But party-land with it's megalaughs and stuff was truly the best.
Sticks n' Stones wasn't as good as the original Nightmare in Pinball dreams.

Brilliant table from a brilliant game. Too bad my Amiga is +400km from here.. dammit.

Oh, damn, those pictures really arouse some memories... I used to be ace in that pinball game like, well, a long time ago! Long enough to forget about it anyway, apparently... I remember the game had the most amazing sounds and music I had ever heard from a pc speaker, and I bet they would still sound great.. Fab game, I need to try and dig it up from somewhere..

silverball plus was my favourite from back in the day.. same engine as epic pinball but better tables (in my opinion), warbot and blood especially were great, some amazing music on warbot as well

I liked Sierra's 3D ultra pinball games, especially the first one (space themed). The game's table's looked a lot less gimmicky than most. Unlike the majority of pinball games, the game would use the computer's abilities to make challenges that go above and beyond what you would experience on a pinball machine.
My favorite table was the Mine. An excellent table, as you could rack up huge points very quickly, but even a slight loss of control could easily result in a ball that you could do nothing to save.
edit: trying to clarify a bit. In contrast against the tables posted above, which look very "pinballish", the 3D Ulta tables actually tried to look like the environment they were set it.

Pinball Dreams, Pinball Fantasies, Pinball Illusions and Slam Tilt are all great pinball games. And they were made for the Amiga first aswell :)

There are so very many games on Underdogs I would dearly love to download. Unfortunately for some reason I always get the Tricked! page. The one that says "no referrer" or something. I'm guessing that's because I'm on AOL.
It's really frustrating. I have this terrible yen for some serious retrogaming, but Underdogs doesn't like me and all the emulators I've tried for older systems don't seem to work properly. :(

I used to thump "Balls of Steel" a fair bit, because it was the only one I had, and I did have "Silverball", but long since lost, I'm afraid.
I also started to look into the vpinmame side of things, both in invented and recreated tables. I used to live with some folks that owned a "Space Shuttle" machine that the owner guy fixed, and I spent a lot of time on it, and when I left, had the high score, which pissed the owner guy off :ebil:
Tried looking for a recreation if this table and found it, but was under-developed and simply didn't load. I had some stupid notion that I could continue it and make it function - meh, lost interest :tsktsk:
