Jack Tar: the rolling pin in the bakery

Is it just me , or is the giant snake/python a new monster model? The spider model doesnt fit it's long size...
Anyways, I am amazing by the detail and incredible detail each mission has, with new monsters to boot XD
Btws, I never did find out what to put on the plate along with the doll on the table. And...does the mermaid submerged in the water do anything?(right after 4 treebeasts)
