I don't know why, but I have a VERY STRONG feeling that this or something like it will happen:
Thief 4 comes out as either a summer release or a holiday season release, say Novemberish 2010/2011 (more likely).
on X360.
4 months later, say, Januaryish, it is released on PC.
Either shortly before the PC release or shortly thereafter, it is released on PS3 (or other way around).
Let's pray that there is no Wii version...!
(Remember Star Wars: The Force Unleashed being great on other platforms, but horrible on Wii, but with "innovative, more immersed control"?)
Hopefully no cell phone game either, a la DS!!
I know, I know, DS was an abortion of a game on the xbox, but it might be great on X360. When I was playing Bioshock last year, as I was running around through rapture, I kept thinking it reminded me of something. I had never played System Shock, and hadn't played Thief since '06ish. I finally realised: listening to tape recordings in BS is to reading diaries/notes in Thief, as the cameras in bioshock have exactly the same behaviour as the golden watchers in Thief. I knew the game was great for some reason, then I got online and read about it being a spiritual successor to SS (along with confirming my suspicion about all the Ayn Rand-ness!) Even though Bs was 2k games, maybe EM can pull it off!
With the release of TDS, i was disappointed with the PC version, so I tried it on the XBOX, going right back to the PC version. I will try whichever comes first, and repeat the procedure, I guess.

[QUOTE=]Will StarCraft II include a map editor?
Yes, it will. We’ll have more details on the features of the StarCraft II map editor at a later date.
Will there be a console version of StarCraft II?
StarCraft II is being developed for Windows and Mac. We have no current plans to bring the game to any console platform.
From the FAQ on the official StarCraft2 website

So some developers have an understanding of their market.
Eidos Montreal take note.

but, xbox 360 games and ps3 games are also being pirated at the same rate as the pc games, its just not mentioned, because microshaft profit from pc gaems on torrent.
What:eek:?! PS3-games are also pirated? Never heard of this. Blu-Ray disc technology is extremely hard to hack, AFAIK, so I daresay that there is (almost) no piracy on PS3. But about X360 piracy I cannot say that. Yes, X360-games are pirated as PC's ones, but not as much as you've said.
