I thought we had agreed that there would be no Thief 4. To make this clear;
EIDOS, WE DON'T WANT THIEF 4. YOU WOULD JUST MESS IT UP!!! 'THIEF IN A MODERN SETTING' WHAT ARE YOU THINKING!?!?!?!

That bit of 'news' is two years old. I'm sure we would have heard something in the meantime if there was any truth to it.

Two years old, true, but from a vaguely reliable source. I'll have a look to see if this eidos guy actually made this statement.

Yeah, Thief 4 in a modern setting was what Ion Storm started pre-prod on before they went under. I can't see anyone else picking up on the idea now.
