Also, wouldn't be surprised if one of these comes out for the DS at some point.
Hell, I can emulate PS1 flawlessly on my entry level, single core Celeron-fueled notebook with Intel onboard graphics and 1 gig DDR2.

And Sega CD isn't any harder on the system than plain old Sega Genesis.

I`d be very surprised if it wasn`t. Theres not alot of good games on the Mega CD. But those good ones that there are (Lunar and Terminator for example) are really damn good games. Snatcher is no exception to this. Damn fine game indeed.
