I still don't know why some b-movie hasn't used holy water in a fog machine against undead. *Sizzle* :p
Dump holy water into a reservoir for a steam system, and when the pressure valve opens and puffs out steam, it can damage undead, and slow them down. Kidding!

Well Constantine came close when he converted the water reservoir for the fire sprinklers into holy water and then used it to melt some demons.
