Thanks Ricebug for the suggestion - I have tried replacing the NVscripts but no luck.
Will perhaps try with the version 2 - but no big deal. I used a Shift-Ctrl-Alt-End to try out the second mission meanwhile and all going well :thumb:

Version 2 definitely fixes the crash. Yandros found a bad setting on the locomotive that was causing the issue.

I am in mission 2 and have some evidence from the law offices and a skull key but have no idea what to do next. Constable Stoon's house is locked and I can see no other way in. Do I need to do something with the evidence?

seems there's still a problem with the pub... I get the ale..but the objective to do so wont tick off....

You do have to
drink the ale but the objective always checked off immediately for me as soon as I

I am lovin this!! Ricebug the Cheech and Chong door bell bit is GREAT!!
Also I have had no issues at all with the pub or anything else.
