Ys III: Wanderers From Ys (I was mad when they made this into a 2d platformer, but it's still a really good game. Also, some of the best music in a video game EVER)

Yes Abe's Oddysee was absolutely great.

It is interesting a lot of people mentioned Amiga, but none of them said anything about Ruff 'n' Tumble:

What you've done is posted embedded images that are hosted by other websites. This leeches their bandwidth. You can get around it by saving the picture to your computer and then uploading it to either your own webspace or a free online image hosting site such as (http://photobucket.com/) or (http://imageshack.us/).
