Problem in Blackmail.

I have a problem I hope someone can help me with.
I have finished the mission (Blackmail), but lets say it wasn´t with the sneaky finess I´d like to use.

You are at the stairs up to the third floor and you hear Truart is killed, three guards rush past you and you climb the stairs. To the right when you come up the stairs there is two guards guarding the door. A lot of lights and a lot of people in a lit room behind the doors. So, you are supposed to go the other way, to the left. The problem for me is that the doors to the left is locked and I don´t have the right keys and I can´t pick the lock. So, where are the key I´m looking for?

I could be wrong, but I think I got it off a guard, probably one of those that ran by. I usually run behind and knock them out and then clean then out..lol

No, none of the three guards that comes running down has the key, at least not in my version (1.18) on the expert level. But I found the key in the end. It was on the guard who stands in a well lit little room with a "window" to the corridor. I always crouched pass him before.
Can you get the "estate key" from somewhere else? It doesn´t "fit the picture" that he is the only guard with it.

Did you get the gear key that was dropped in the pool/bath?

Yep, I got the gear key. This a bit farther in the mission, after you got the golden gear and go passed that door. As I said it was the "Estate key" (a blue regular key) that was missing for me.

Let's see, the male servant in the kitchen has an Estate Key, but I don't know if that's on Expert.
