I opened a fan mission in DarkLoader instead of AngelLoader by accident and now when I try to start any fan mission, the same fan mission that I had started in DarkLoader is loaded

Just clean out the FM subdir. That should help.
P.S. But don't rush it: maybe someone will advise something less harsh.

Run DarkLoader again. Select the 'Original' entry (I think it's always at the top of the list) and then Install Only. That should make it clean up the files it put in for the fm.

I did this and now I have other problem - the first mission of T2 loads instead of FMs.

Check that Darkloader hasn't purged your FMs folder within your Thief install when it reverted to the base game?
Then purge Darkloader from your system, never again to see the light of day. :laff:

Darkloader is outdated, unsupported and does not work with all newer FMs so nicked is right, you need to get rid of it, reinstall Thief and start using a modern FM loader, of which there are 3 from which to choose.

There's instructions in the FAQ about how to clean up your Thief directory in case something like this happens. But honestly, it's best to just follow everyone's advise, do a clean install, and then wipe Darkloader off of your hard drive forever.

Clean up of files
Occasionally you will find that you'll start a new mission and run into problems. For instance, you might load one mission and when you start to play you'll see something that indicates you're going to be playing a mission other than the one you selected or you might experience crashes.
Sometimes NewDarkLoader or GarrettLoader fails to clean up the Thief folder while uninstalling an FM, so you might have to do it manually:
Install the original game missions and delete any remains of the following folders in your main Thief folder:
Pal
Bitmap
Books
Fam
Intrface
Obj
Mesh
Strings
Motions
but don't delete the movies, crfs or the res folder!
Next, reinstall the mission you want to play and it should load properly.

Thanks for your help. My fan missions started loading again after just opening and closing dark.cfg LOL
I don't want to remove DarkLoader, it holds a special place in my heart.
