Hello everybody. This is my problem, or I can say, my problemS.
I will divise it into 3 parts :
I- Thief I demo :
So I've extracted ThiefIDemo.zip into the D:\JEU\DarkProject\ThiefIDemo folder.
Then I launched Thiefd.exe. When I remove Hardware option in Video section, the game stars but crashes after a couple of seconds. And When I choose to play with Hardware, I've only got a black screen.
II - Thief II demo :
So I've decompressed the file. I've installed it in D:\JEU\DarkProject\ThiefIIdemo. I've put the Windows 98 compatibility mode and chosen to remove Hardware, and a 640x480 resolution. It functions like for the First demo, it means during only 5 sec. And when I've chosen to keep Hardware, I've only got a black screen.
III - Thief Gold Demo
For this case, it's more simple : Nothin' works at all. I've tried to installed it, and I received an error message, saying " The game cannot be installed on Windows NT due to DirectX limitation" whereas I don't have Windows NT but Windows 7.
So, Have you got any solutions. I will be very grateful in case of.
