Around your corners where the ai are getting stuck, just use more ai patrol points to give them a wider berth.
Try changing the priority to say, "high". You can also just create a new Metaproperty for your motions, under ai behaviors, then use Add/Remove Metaproperty/ Name your trolpts so they will know which trolpts to start their motions.
It may be better to use Add,Metaproperty>M-DoesPatrol, and Remove>M-DoesPatrol when you want the ai to stop at a TrolPt.
Instead of just Wait>7000, you can have them rotate, and then scan. Looks more realistic. Use Play Sound Motion and "your motions" on Argument 3.

Make Reset delay 28000 also, it may work.
