First off, I use a lot of mods, and all of these problems seem to be the cause of one or more of them
1. there is a NPC (the shipmaster in Gnaar Mok) that I cannot talk to. I have to use the console command "forcegreeting" to talk to her
How can I see or where must I look to see why that person can't be "activated"?
(the mod responsible seems to be the LGNPC-Gnaar Mok but with another character and the same mods loaded, I am able to speak with the same NPC)
2. (This problem appears with several houses/buildings, mostly when a mod places a new one next or close to a preexisting one)
there is a house in Pelagiad (from the original Morrowind), belonging to some guy called Erval Something. The house is there and also a door, but it's one of those swinging doors and not the teleport one, needed to enter the house.
(and noramlly the buildings loosing their doors are the ones from the mods and not from the original)
3.(Rather a curiosity but I'm not sure if it's a true bug or what else)
While looking through Morrowind plus Tribunal in the Editor; I discovered a house in Pelagiad that belongs to the guy with the Robot Arena in Mournhold (Ignatius Flaccus). Well, the interior cell of the house is there ( and it'S a different one from the house in Mournhold) in Pelagiad, but no other cell equivalent for the house, I can only see the teleport arrows from the interior cell. There are no dorrs to enter the house.
Is this a bug or is it something that wasn't fully completed?
Thanks in advance.

The problem that you are having in Gnaar Mok is not likely due to the LGNPC mod for that town. That would be a fairly obvious bug, and others have not reported it. I just tested it myself and had no difficulty striking up a conversation with Valveli Arelas (shipmaster). The problem you describe sounds familiar, but I cannot say with certainty. My recollection is that it may be associated with a mod like Vampire’s Embrace–one that inserts it’s own generic greeting near the top of the database in order to set some variables than forcegreets the NPC in order to display the normal response. It is intended to be seemless (the player should have know knowledge that a second greeting has been called). While I cannot imagine why some greeting is not forthcoming it is the only thing that comes immediately to mind. I will keep thinking about it in the hope that my memory will return.
I cannot speak to your second problem since you have not revealed what mods you are using that could create a conflict. It is not clear from your post if you happened to notice, but the items in the Ignatius Flaccus house in Pelagiad have Erval named as the owner. The interior is similar to Erval’s house in Pelagiad. I suspect that it was just a relic during development that never was cleaned out of the expansion. Whether it is contributing to your conflict or is just an interesting coincidence I cannot say, but considering that this is not a widespread reported bug makes me think it is the latter.
Post your mod list if you would like people to be able to help you discover the source of your difficulties and conflicts.
