Ain't no toploader mang. I've got two of them and a bunch of original tapes including Dune, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Mad Max 2 and err Conan the Destroyer.

So did I, never recall seeing a frontloader.
Our school had toploading Betamaxes. For years into the dominance of VHS, too - I guess nobody wanted to nick the Betamax after a while.

It was more tongue in cheek than game-ageism, the comic is funny and you were a convenient target for it's glib. That and I can't freakin stand the fanfare about the stupid credits song. Something Dethtoll has made much more noise about than I have, but I agree with him.
