Purchasing Thief Gold off of Edios site?

I'm interested in purchasing Thief Gold off of the Edios site (as seen in the FAQ). But is it available to people worldwide or just in North America?

I had a look at eidos estore and clicked through to the payment page. Under the drop down menu for country, they had pretty much every country on earth and all major credit cards are supported, so I'm guessing that it is available worldwide. Hope this helps.:)
