Between Pavelock Prison and the entrance to the Docks....there's a grate on the ground with a ladder leading to a load zone. Is that part of Pavelock I missed? Or something entirely new? I can't find a way to get into it. Any info would greatly satisfy my curiosity.

Thats the alternate way out of Pavelock. [SPOILER]The first is the gates, which is the most obvious way, but in one of the walls is a hole somewhere that when you duck under it leads into a tunnel, which allows you to climb to the surface.[/SPOILER]
