In the (http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=83801) Thief 3 - Tweak Guide thread there was a way to get items as cheap as 1gp and remove the maximum item limit, but apparently the link to the tweaked file is now broken.
Could someone upload the file again or give me working link?

EDIT: Oh nevermind, found it already.
