:p I figured I shouldn't bother you directly, Digital Nightfall, but thanks for taking care of it :D
So weird being logged in under a different name...ah, well, first time for everything, an' all that.
Blessed be,

Phew, when I first registered I was about to do it as "AfroGarrett" it sounded hilarious, but I wanted it to be a bit more authentic in the last moment, so I changed.

I once counted all the Garretts, Garrets, Garetts, Garets, Garrats, Garettes, etc. There were slightly fewer of them than the "Keeper______" names. Mind you, if I were to have untangled all the Keeper Garretts, Keeper Garrets, and Keeper Garates (or whatever the hell... I'm even having trouble mangling the spelling so spectacularly), who knows how it would have played out?

Welcome, Nathan! Glad you decided to speak up.
I agree that you've made a wise decision to drop the Garrett. ;)

Welcome Nathan!
Ah, I also almost wanted a Garrett nickname but then I decided to make something that would stand out a bit more so I decided for the X-Men´s mutant thief.
Still makes me look like a 14 year old. :p

When I see the word gambit, I think of chess, not ex-men.

It sounds more like a chewing gum brand to me.
And welcome Nathan, you have a cool name.

I don't think there's anything etiquettely wrong with using some Garrett variation for a name on ttlg. Makes confusion with some other person with a similar name more likely but that's a practical consideration rather than one of etiquette.

Really..............there can only be one Garrett. I rest my case. :p

Thanks for all the hallos;
Gingerbread Man, that sounds like an interesting project. Not that all of them are a bad idea, necessarily, but I wonder what % of the users on TTLG have names that are variants on characters from the games represented here?
And I must admit that Broken Arts has a good point :-)
Blessed be,
