Can anyone tell me if dromed for thief 1 allows to build maps with a complex design architecture as Dromed for Thief 2?
Also does Dromed for thief 1 shares the same fucntions as Dromed for thief 2? same geometric brushes, same menus, same options.

Pedro, you can use NewDark Dromed to make missions for Thief 1/G. Does that answer your question? :D

Are you intending to use Dromed for Thief Gold?
If so, why? There's just no good reason for it.

I haven't looked into using Dromed for Thief Gold, and I don't intend to as I like Thief 2 just fine, but if you take a look at Skacky's missions which have all been made for TG, you'll notice that the complexity of missions can be just as high as with Thief 2! Stinkykitty's campaign is also a good example.
I think skacky's first missions were made before Newdark, so the original Thief Gold version of Dromed is powerful enough to make a city mission with complex architecture.

Well with Thief Gold's gamesys you get more enemies in it by default without having to configure them, and you also have a whole bunch of Thief Gold assets pre configured. Besides it can help with making levels around Thief Gold's quirks, for example jumping around making you faster.
Of course there's no real need to, but I can see why some prolific mappers like Skacky use it for making their missions.

But you can use TG's gamesys and still use NewDark Dromed. R_T was asking Pedro if he really was wanting to use the old OldDark Dromed for TG, and if so, why.

I´m working currently on a Thief 2 project, and i intend to work at the same time on another project, but problem is that i don´t want to mix up textures from both missions in the same folders, such as "fam" or "obj", or mix sounds in the same "snd" folder, so i thought that maybe doing for thief gold allows me to work this other project in different folders.

*facepalm*
You know you can have multiple, independent installs of Thief 2, right?
Yandros on 9/1/2016 at 15:32
Uhm, well, no, you don't have to work on a TG mission just to do that. I have probably 30+ T2 install folders for various missions, including one for every mission I've released as well as those in the works. Each one has its own set of resources (fam, mesh, obj, snd) but points to a single instance of the res folder so I don't have to have the original CRF files in each folder.
