I wouldn't fault him for that. Maybe we'd finally get a good Elder Scrolls game. *ba dum tish*

No bad thing imo.
I did cringe slightly though when he was talking about using the environment and engineering stuff to "innovate" on the FPS mechanic rather than "adding 20 new weapons". Sounds like the sort of thing you'd expect to hear in an interview from 6 years ago. Yeah maybe that is innovative compared to Doom3...

I didn't say it was, I was just making an observation.

It looks fantastic but with only 3 short levels you won't be playing it for very long. Although its only 99c so you really can't complain.

Wow, literally on rails. I thought you just meant it was very linear, but you don't get to walk, turn, or aim ... just dodge and shoot apparently.

He's tilting the ipod to aim. you can see him doing it @ 1:25

Why has this game been pushed back for so long? I mean, August of 2011? As a technology developer, I would think you would want to release your engine early in a hardware generation's lifetime. Rage only uses Opengl 2.0 after all and how much longer can this batch of consoles compete with the PC?
