Where the hell is the chizel in hard mode...?

To find the chisel, you have to go all the way down the elevator and into the section with the undead. Go into the big building, upstairs,into the right-hand door, then climb the ladder down at the end past the zombies. Pick up the blue key on the desk, then pull the lever with the upside down hammer beside it. Do that each time until you get to a room with a box. Use the key to open it and you'll find the chisel. Then pull the left lever to get back to the original room. <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

I can't find any blue key on the desk. This is the list of keys I have:
Prison Key (dark grey)
Montrose Bedchamber (light grey)
Footlocker (orange)
Weapon Shop (orange)
Priest Wing (dark grey)
Key (dark grey)
None of them open the grate over the ladder that is behind the burricks hall. Plus, I can't open the grate that is over the elevator in the hammerite section, just over the spiral stairs, where a whistling guard is heard.
edit: the dead hammerite in the burricks hall has a key but opens nothing

I'm in a bit of a rush so rather than trying to answer here, I've emailed you an old walkthrough that will hopefully help you out.

I am sorry, but the walkthrough you sent me was completely wrong. I've read Apache made previous versions, so maybe he has made it for them and this does not work for mine. In particular: no blue key on the desk above the zombies and I can't find the key to open the gateway, which is written Lord Montrose has it.

The blue key is on the desk....what you need to do is find the desk :erg:
The switches you threw to get to the burrick area, is a puzzle, you need to throw the switches in a particular order, i think its random, make a mistake and you are sent to the burrick room, done corrertly first you go to another room with 2 more switches and so you have to make your choice again
The key on the dead hammer opens a secret door in that room, allowing you to open the grate
