I'm running an AMD Radeon HD 6450 and i5-2400 at 3.1GHz with 8 gigs of RAM. It runs most recent games ok - Mirror's Edge runs between 30-50fps on medium with some tweaking at 1280x720, and my friend's copy of Bioshock (1) did about 30fps-ish on the max settings at 1920x1080. Mainly I'm wondering how well I'll be running NuThief.

I give it a 4, cuz you don't have any decals of bloody skulls on fire or alien chicks with their boobs hanging out with little dancing devils on the boobs anywhere on your case.
Okay, on a serious note, your processor is fine, and you've got more than enough ram, but your GPU is a little weak. I'm not as up to date on computer hardware as I used to be, but I think you'd be able to push nuThief at 25-30 FPS, 1280x720 with a mixture of medium-high settings. It'll run alright, I'd think. Not great. Merely alright.
A better GPU would definitely help you out.
edit: just checked out some benchmarks for your card. Make that 15-25 FPS at 1280x720 with medium settings. Your card is roughly equivalent to the integrated chips on the Haswell i-series processors.

Yeah, basically confirmed my suspicions, thanks. 25fps is fine for medium; not perfect but I can live with it.
