Tattoo looks real to me, you can see the skin pattern on it, just been done hasn't it? Still swollen and scabby.
(I've got plenty myself including vines around a wrist!)

Yes, it was done last friday. It was still covered with skincare cream, so it's a bit glimmerish. There's a higher resolution pic too: (
