In the settings you can up the shadow detail to ultra high, that should improve things some.

Oh no, there were some very funny parts indeed (several of the Soviet missions spring to mind) but I was just commenting on the tutorials in relation to the demo having included them all.

Reading a review, I just realised the normal edition of the game has a two-sided cover, with an Allied theme (Tanya etc.) on the other side. I probably would never have noticed, as the DVD box is of the black, non-translucent variety. Pretty cool of EA.
