Greetings!
I've been gone from TTLG Thief community for awhile, and have become more acitve in the Morrowind community.
I've just released my newest housing mod "Mysthaven manor"

1. Different Versions
*****************************************************************
To install the plugin, unzip the files into the Morrowind/Data Files
Directory.
There are two different versions.
One that requires only Tribunal to play,
and
one that requires
Necessities of Morrowind 2.0.

2. PLAYING THE PLUGIN
*****************************************************************
VERY IMPORTANT!
From the Morrowind Launcher, select Data Files and check the box
next to the esp file you choose to load.
Select only ONE of the included plugins.
If you have
Morrowind & Tribunal,
select the "Mysthaven Manor" plugin.
If you have
Morrowind, Tribunal, and Bloodmoon AND Necessities of Morrowind 2.0,
select "Mysthaven Manor- Necessities of Morrowind 2.0 Edition" plugin.
!!!!! If both are loaded there will be conflicts and massive doubling !!!!!

3. Save Games

The plugin should not invalidate your old saved games. If you save
your game while this plugin is loaded, you may encounter error messages
when you reload the saved game without the plugin. But you may be
able to continue on with the original game.

4. Features
*****************************************************************
Mysthaven Manor is a large cozy cottage locaten entirely inside an interior cell
like Mournhold. It features many outbuildings including three guesthouses and
a pub. There are also many little surprises inside the home as well as out.
To find transportation to the home, follow the coastline roughly east out of Seyda Neen.
Keep close to the edge of the water, or you'll miss it.
You will see A longboat rocking gently near the shore.
Standing near it will be a Breton named William The Taffer. That's me.
Speak to me, and I will eventually sell you the house...if you have 10000 gold that is.

Included with the manor is a unique transport system.
Upon entering the library, locate and read the open book at the far end of the room.
Reading the book will activate a very unique way of traveling to various
locations throughout the game. Note the small shelves located above the book.
Each shelf bears the name of a different location in Morrowind. Visit each location
and search for it's "Realmfade Book".
Realmfade books are enchanted books that,when found by themselves and activated
will assemble themselves upon the shelves with their location name.
Once they arrive at their shelf, they may be used as a "door" to that location.
The enchantment is not perfect however, when you reach your destination via a realmfade book,
you may find yourself quite aways from where you found the book. You may even find yourself knee-deep
in muck. But using a Realmfade book is perfectly safe, even for pets and companions.
Realmfade books are scattered throught Morrowind.
Some commoners may be in posession of a Realmfade book
and not know it.
Other people, more adept in the art of magika can see the books, and if one is found in a mage's home,
be warned: they know what it is, how it can be used, and woe to anyone who takes it.
Other times, you might just find one lying in a muck pond, floating there glowing blue, hidden from all but you.
As you touch each book, it will disappear and relocate to it's shelf in your library for you own personal use.
Realmfade books have glowing blue crystal covers. They're hard to miss. :-)

You may take a bit of an FPS hit when you enter Mysthaven Estate
and walk toward the home. This can't be helped as the entire area is
made of static objects. I cut down as much as I could without ruining the
"look".
You can buy the home from William The Taffer over and over again.
To prevent this...don't keep buying the home from him. Besides,
he'll disappear after you enter your new manor. :-)
