Ok.. I found the dock and the hermit dude with the cool hat. But he doesn't do anything. Of coarse the fire arrow and the 'shrooms were nice. He must be broken... how do you fix him? And... where are Thomas and Elizabeths room? I found thier room keys but no room for the keys to go to.
Did you read the scroll in the Hermits cave? that will explain alot.

The rooms for Thom and Eliz are upstairs in the north of the library
Yay! I finished! It took me around an hour. Beta testers played around 7 hours for everything? How is that possible? I saw the entire map. The keeper compound, the badcogg secret, the caves of death. The guy with the funny hat.. and all that other jolly good stuff.

Hey Schwaa, just wanted to reaffirm that your FM is one of the most kick-ass missions out of any FM or OM :) You should let me know where you live, mountain man, so I can drive up to you and beta in-house next time you decide to take up the authoring tools .. I'd drive any distance! This is definitely on par with the greatest: Calendra's Cistern/Legacy, The Order of the Vine, Xarax's masterpieces, The Seventh Crystal, Christine's beautiful series, and of course Bukary's Old Comrade's, Old Debts! :thumb: You are now added to the list of super-elite FM builders (although you were pretty much already there with your previous FM :D). What can I say? This is one of the most open-ended FM ever, and there's so much to do .. The treebeasts were scary at first, but after I found out that some/most were decoys (and found out where to backstab!) it got do-able real quick. Heh, when Garrett commented about that hermit looking harmless enough I immediately thought he was the
dark-skinned pagan
and blackjacked him :laff:
BadCogg's secret treasure trove was a nice f'ing touch! I love how it looks/sounds like Garrett is wading through gold doubloons (not correct usage, but oh well)..
All the little touches just make this a gem.. It's almost flawless!! Again, tell me where you live so I can worship you and beta in your house :cheeky: Move to Arvada (and bring Xarax with you too!) :ebil:
Cheers,
deadman.

Plus they tried to find every piecs of loot and get all of the optional objective (I think the objective count for expert is 7 or 8, I'll have to check). They also tried ghosting, ect...
Glad you finished though :)

Deadman, thanks so much for the compliment :) I'll be up in Steamboat soon, might make it down to Denver sometime.

No prob, twas a pleasure complimenting your ass, yo :thumb: :joke: So you live around Steamboat, eh? Denver? No no, you weren't listening.. You're heading for
ARVADA, remember?
ARVADA, not Denver! So, I know this is a bit early to ask, but are you planning on any other missions? I really would try to drive up to your house (assuming I could find it and my car could make it :cheeky:) if it meant I could beta your next mission! Gwahahaha, taking advantage of my location to get beta-ing jobs, what a wretch I am *grin* Hey, Komag did in-home betatesting for Calendra's Legacy, right? This is no different!
deadman.
EDIT: Don't insult the Master Work, Haunt! Respect to the gods!

One thing though... I could never find the other 2 gems. I found the trickster one, the outlet, and I found the blue gem outlet but never found the blue gem, the last gem, or the last gem's output. (What I mean by output is where you teleport to when you use them). So... can you gimme a hint as to where they are? I think the badcogg secret should be a tad more rewarding. After all, you had to risk life, and sanity to get it.

They're all Trickster Gems, but I presume you mean that you found the Ruby? The others are:
The Sapphire is up under one of the walkways in the Tree City. Climb down to the grassy area under the walkways near the spiral stairs up from the swamp and you'll find a walkway that goes through a wall to the next area. There's a gap underneath it. Rope arrow up and look in there.
The Emerald is in the Keeper Library basement, in the water.
When I didn't find it there, I assumed that there was another way to reach the part of the sewer blocked off by the portcullis but I have been unable to find a way. Am I missing something obvious?
I am *adoring* this mission, btw!
Cheers!

A hint Melissa - the balcony next to the library.
