God, Schwaa2, this mission is awsome! I've only just begun playing. Last night I downloaded it and thought I would play for a half hour or so and ended up playing it for about 3.5 hours. I am hooked.
Thank you so much for making it - I have been thinking all day of getting back to play it!

No seriously, where does it go? It's YOURS. Under particular circumstances it may DO something. But as yet I have not had it activate. I suspect that Schwaa just put it in for a small reminder. After all you did find it with the pagans, did you not?
If you feel like experimenting, and if you have not killed or KO'd all the keepers, you might just expose yourself to two or more and let them attack you. If Dewie is still what he originally was, all of you may get a surprise.

There was a lot of talk about the doll a few pages back. And I checked in Dromed. There is a stim on it, for some kind of effect.

There is an optional objective in this mission involving the doll but you have to find the right place to trigger it. :)
