Let me be the first to say this is a great mission. The concept of Garrett as a skeleton was hilarious. Anyway i've a few questions. I have the Trickster ruby and emerald but i can't seem to find the other gems. I am playing on easy. I got a fly and took it to the wizard a potion appeared on the bed but i can't take it. I've found 3 secrets.
Am i right in guessing that by finding the 3 gems they can bring Garrett back to life?
Thanks.

Com's Blade is one of my favourite FM's, and this new one sounds amazing. I can't play it though!!!! I'm going overseas for 3 months, but i'm hoping to come back to some brand new FM's and to play them all in one stretch!!!
I'll see you all in 3 months.
Happy Taffing!!

Gems:
won't bring you back to life, but provide easy travel across the mission
As for the potion:
Frobbing the potion after finishing all other (non-optional) objectives brings you back to life, and ends the mission
Thanks schma.
I was hoping i would have found it by now but does anyone know where the 3rd gemstone is? I have the ruby and emerald. I am assuming thomas only arranged for you to be killed and didn't kill garrett himself because i just killed thomas and the first objective is still on.

The third gemstone......the sapphire, is in the apebeast area. Specifically, it's under a bridge that goes through a hole in the foliage, connecting two areas. You can vine arrow up to the bottom and hop under the bridge.
As for Thomas, you have to drop him on his bed for the objective to tick off.
Fantastic mission, schwaa...!

if the find who killed you objective hasn't ticked off you have missed a book, there are 3 of them that will complete that objetive and tell you who did it, then you have another objective .
The potion... was testy for some reason, it wouldn't frob from inventory so I had to leave it there. works good if you do it last but once your other objectives are finished the game will end if you have already frobbed it, so you don't have to go back.

WOW just want to say, I haven't been this impressed with an FM since Calendra's Legacy! It's just huge!
However, can someone please help me out with a couple of things: Where is the "dark-skinned pagan" and where is the emerald trickster's gem? Thanks!
Schwaa2 on 22/3/2003 at 22:14
Wow, thanks, that's quite a compliment that I'm not sure I deserve :)

Well, it's a deserved compliment because I just keep walking and walking and the mission just keeps having more areas left to explore! Also, every area looks "real". Good work!

FRUSTRATION! ARGH!
Where do I go next after collecting the first Trickster gem? I 'used' it but ended back at the beginning of the Treehouse section.
