The trick is no more than 8 CreatureTypes per line. But you can have multiple lines.

You need all instances of Material colliding with Material2. SO ...

All clean and green, thank you to everybody for teaching yet more of our buggy friends secrets...new dark has really opened up this old can of worms hasn't it and those four errors were in just two of the schema files hits.sch which actually has three and FEET.SCH which had that elusive ZombieParts in it.
Ah well, onwards and upwards...now to add that candle snuff noise.
