Haha. I didn't think so although I just Googled it and and some guy got it running on a comp with lower specs than mine but same vid card. He had everything either off or on low at 640 X480 and seemed to get a decent frame rate even with fraps on.
I think I'll pass on it though as it really looks like crap.
Ah well, back to the original NWN, which is a lot more fun than I remember it being.

You could always try (

What is oldblivion?
Oldblivion is a piece of software which allows graphics cards which are pre DirectX9 to run Elder Scrolls: Oblivion from Bethesda. This means that Oblivion can run on cards such as Geforce 3, Geforce 4, Radeon 9200 and so on. Oldblivion is still in an early development phase but it's fairly stable, however there still are a few bugs and kinks to work out.

That's kind of awesome.

Why would anyone want to replay a game as hollow and broken as vanilla Oblivion, and on a console no less, anyway?
The only reason I can think of is to make pretty oversaturated picture postcards.

I've decided on my build! I'm going for a sneaky, thief-like assassin. Let me know what you think.
Race: Dunmer
Birthsign: The Thief
Specialization: Stealth
Attributes: Agility & Speed
Skills
Marksman - To me this an obvious choice.
Armorer - So I can always have my equipment in top shape (plus to fill an endurance slot)
Sneak - Another one that seems pretty obvious
Illusion - To me this is one of the very best skills in the game because of how well rounded it is.
Conjuration - This should help aid me in battle and well as provide a distraction against groups or tough enemies.
Alteration - This is an awesome skill. It allows me to unlock doors in seconds, have a powerful shield and alter encumbrance.
Acrobatics - It's easy to control, starts me out at level 25 so I can shoot while jumping. :)
I figure this build would be great because the following skills govern 1 attribute: Agility (2), Endurance (1), Personality (1), Intelligence (1), Willpower (1) and Speed(1). Leveling up armor should be sweet because I can repair right after every battle. What do you think?

I'm thinking you've overthought the entire process for a game where the (lack of) challenge remains basically the same no matter what you do.
