I know the setup is complex, but there are only two main moving parts to it.

Should be three. The winch, the rope, and the bucket, no?

I think you're right Larry but if I recall two are placed in manually and the other two are created once the mission starts. Blame it on retail and lack of sleep. :o

Hi everyone. I see this thread has seen more use recently.
An animated well system, nice!
I haven't actually done anything with dromed in probably over a year now.:o Real life, a general lack of motivation, and other interests have kept me away from dromed. I should get back to it... Another thing too is that after starting my project and taking too long to get it completed, next thing I know someone releases a farm FM. Beat me to the punch.:erm:

Weird, the World of Gothic page doesn't show any well models to me. Also are the other things under World of Gothic ported from the website too or are they mostly your work with some inspiration? Most of the stuff there seems to use Thief 2 object textures and don't seem too complex as objects, though I could be wrong as I'm not experienced with modelling.

It's on the right, labelled "Brunnen".

Yes, all the other things
under the "World of Gothic" banner. Only the first 15 objects are self-created items.
BTW I asked the admins of those servers for permission to convert and publish the objects for non-commercial use. So always name them as the source, not me.

Yes, that's intentionally. I thought this would be much easier to handle, though NewDark allows more colour palettes then OldDark. You only have to download the BIN file in your ..\obj folder, place a similar object in your FM, give it the shape of the downloaded BIN and finally adapt the object's dimensions and material if necessary. ;)
Meanwhile I ask myself if I should better load them up to the object repository?

Sure, will do.
