Just finished the game on Veteran for the first time, the ending was truly epic :thumb:
I spent about an hour and half for the final fight, until I figured out how to kill Wesker, didn't want to spoil it with a walkthrough.
Now I can say that I still like RE4 more, it was slower, more tactical, longer, scarier, there was more freedom in RE4, and weapon/inventory/upgrade system was ideal. RE5 also is an excellent survival action though, the production value and presentation are incredible.

About two hours. From what I understand, it's basically going to be two hours of fan service. Old-school style puzzles and layout, and possibly even old T-virus enemies.
Which makes me smile.

I replay it on Pro with "clean start" (spend all money, and then throw out all you items at the start).
It's kind of different game now, it's MUCH more difficult than Veteran. (f.e. I passed the Assembly Place after 20 or so attempts with the shocker, and after 50 or so without). It's definitely harder than RE4 Pro I think, not much but harder, it became even scary because of almost permanent need to be highly alert. 1-2 hits = you're dead, and your AI partner reanimates you only in about 50% of cases even if you're back to back. You have to think now to survive, and plan ahead.
I highly recommend Pro with clean start for fans of hardcore survival action :thumb:
