If it is the one with the holy fountain I think you can barely reach it if you get right on the edge and Lean.

This is true.
I should have been perfectly clear in my last post. I forgot to mention the infamous "unseen" part.

You cannot lean out and grab it unseen. Someone asked earlier if it was possible to get the eye *unseen*. And yes, Sneak did long ago.
If you do it unseen, everyone will walk around for a while then actually go on programmed patrols. Very cool.
