It should be dealt with on a case by case basis. If the site is set up for the purpose of anonymous reviewing then sure, remove it from search results. If it's just one guy complaining on some random site then you've got to leave it. Ideally these sorts of comments should not be anonymous and there are sites set up for proper reviews and people should use them.
