And you do realize that not everyone in the world has seen the fricking Evil Dead, not even the first of the series?
I am one of those unfortunate persons, I thought that the author had the idea of the
"walking hands" from the game Blood. :D

Almost everything in Blood was inspired by classic horror movies.

I can´t finish the mission. Playing on normal. I have collected everything and I only have to get out alive. The entrance is blocked by trees. According to this video
(

there should be a portal on the other side. When does it open? I tried the mission with 1.18 and the new 1.19. I am not sure if this is script problem because the other script events were working.

In order for the portal to appear, you have to use the loose pages in your inventory (this is a little more obvious if you've seen the movie...which you should because it's the best ever).
Also, threads for FMs on my Halloween top 10 are suddenly being bumped. COINCIDENCE?:weird:

Reading the pages did the trick.
Another question/problem: I just realised the face didn´t appear when I picked up the Necronomicon (screenshot in the Fan mission discussion mega thread). I only hear the voice. I guess that has something to do with the scripts. And is it a bug that I can leave the room and go to the bathroom and wait there for the appearing corpse while the spooky voice tells me something?
The Mike on 5/10/2012 at 01:04
The face not appearing sounds like a script problem, but I'm not technically inclined enough to know how to fix it...
As far as being able to leave the room while the ghost is talking, I think that was always possible.
Also, this FM is so freaking great. I beat it a week ago and I'm thinking about playing through it again.
Edit: I've been reading around and now I'm wondering- did you download the latest version of Nameless Voice, Telliamed, and Gaylesaver's scripts and place them in your Thief 2 directory? A lot of people just let the FMs that use the scripts do it for them through darkloader, but dropping them in the T2 dir yourself seems like the most effective way to ensure they always work.

Don't think I've seen anyone else do an LP of this horror classic so I made one :ebil:
