[SPOILER]The last "mission" is the Museum, but there's an endgame which involves wandering the city sections. Once G's done what he has to do, though, the credits roll and he's cast into a pitch black world, forever damned to stand in place and listen to the witterings of the South Quarter peasants.[/SPOILER]

The City is too small, and there wouldn't be much to do after finishing all game objectives except maybe pickpocketing anyway. Enjoy it while it lasts.
