I can't think of any Russian games I've played or was looking forward to playing ... except for the upcoming Knights of the Sky remake (Rise of Flight), which looks ace.
Edit: I guess if you add former Soviet states, there's Stalker.
Anyway, anything that breaks games out of the hollywood mold is probably a good thing.
